ASIAN SWEET CHILLI TOFU STIR FRY
Fantastically simple, “A full-flavoured stir fry with Asian Plum Sweet Chilli, tofu, juicy red peppers and lots of healthy vegetables”.
Doubles as a dip…






Serves 2
1 pk 250g tofu into chunks
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 head broccoli in florets
4 spring onions
1 red pepper diced
225g fresh Singapore/ rice noodles
Third of a jar plum sweet chilli
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour & water
1. Cube tofu into chunks
2. Heat wok hot
3. Add tofu into wok
4. Fry until browned
5. Add veggies
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add noodles & plum sauce
8. Mix soy, cornflour, water
9. Add mix to wok and stir
10. Serve with squeeze of lime
