It all began when Rob Dale, a foodie with a passion for South East Asian cuisine, saw an old ‘Burma Sauce’ sign, which led to an explorational trip to Burma.
He was so inspired by discovering the irresistible sweet & sour flavours that, since then, he returned to create an original range of naturally tasty sweet chilli Sauces.
