When I was in South East Asia a while ago, I remembered seeing a streetfood vendor selling sweet pineapple sticks sprinkled with chilli powder and sea salt! Seriously it’s amazing.
Street vendors would also walk up and down beaches selling fresh juicy pineapple slices as well. I made this and have to say it always goes down amazingly but it’s even more delicious served on a nice sharp Cheddar Cheese ? . So we are forever grateful to the person who discovered this combination
